URGENT: RACHELLE IS IN NEED OF HER FOREVER HOME! SHE IS SO TIRED OF BEING IN THE KENNEL! PLEASE COME AND RESCUE HER TODAY!
Rachelle arrived at the Northeast Ohio SPCA on September 8th from All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc. (AARF). She is currently the shelter's longest resident.
1 year old cattle dog mix 46 pounds extremely active and playful full of energy needs a home without cats loves affection loves being pet needs some training spayed
Rachelle is extremely active and playful. She would be a great fit for an active owner that enjoys lots of walks, jogging, or hiking. She is full of energy and would love a big fenced in yard with lots of space to run and play. Rachelle can be a bit "mouthy" when playing and likes to jump, so a home with small children may not be best in her forever home. She has also shown some aggression to cats while at the shelter so a home with no cats is preferred. Rachelle would enjoy a dog sibling to play with, but the shelter does stress a meet & greet before adopting to ensure that the two dogs get along well.
Although the shelter staff believes that plenty of exercise would be the ultimate remedy for Rachelle's rambunctious tendencies, she could also probably use some training.
Rachelle has been at the shelter for so long that she is becoming desperate to get out of her kennel.
She's a total sweetheart that loves affection and being pet.
The perfect family for her will be an active one that is willing to give her lots of playtime and patience with training.
If interested in meeting Rachelle, please stop by the shelter!
